Lumina Spark reveals your whole personality, providing a unique portrait of who you really are, your strengths and developments areas, on a 3 persona level. It looks at:

• Underlying persona - your instinctive way of being, your preferences and your natural inclinations
• Everyday persona - how you behave day-to-day, tuning up and down your qualities contextually
• Overextended persona - when you do too much of a good thing and overplay your strengths

No labels, no boxes, no stereotyping, Lumina Spark will increase your self-awareness and reveal hidden potential. This interactive session is designed to help you better under pressure, to obtain practical actions for improved teamwork and leadership. It will help you maximise your interactions with colleagues by providing rich personal insights on your preferred communications style.  There is no end to using these insights as a toolkit in your personal and professional life, from preparing for a promotion, a job change or simply maximising interpersonal skills and relationships.

This course includes your individual Lumina Spark assessment. You will be sent instructions as to how complete your Lumina Spark assessment after booking your place and before the course starts. 

As part of this module, you have the option to add-on 1 hour coaching with a Lumina Spark coach to go through your report with you on a 1-2-1 basis. This represents a significant on our standard hourly coaching fee.
