Claire Debney
Claire is co-founder of The MOSAIC Collective which focuses on connecting people to change the conversation though learning and development, coaching and mentoring. She is a former GC, having worked in-house for 16 years. She now works with legal teams on transformation and people development. She is a qualified executive coach, certified Gallup StrengthsFinder and Lumina Spark coach.

Zena Everett
Zena is an international executive coach and speaker on career management and productivity. She teaches on the executive education programme at Henley Business School. She is the author of 'Crazy Busy' and 'Mind Flip.

Bill Kahn
Bill is a Professor in the Management and Organizations Department at Boston University Questrom School of Business (USA). As Professor at The Questrom School of Business, he teaches courses on managing teams, organisational change and leadership.

Emma Sharpe
Emma is co-founder of The MOSAIC Collective. Emma trained in private practice and is a qualified solicitor. Her in-house legal career spans over 16 years working in retail and FMCG. Throughout her career, Emma has taken a particular interest in the qualities required to make in-house lawyers successful as they transition from operational legal counsel to strategic legal partners in a business environment.
